Delivery Information is pleased to offer Free Delivery in Ireland on all orders over €150.

Orders are usually shipped the day of purchase if the order is placed online before 2 pm Monday – Friday, if the order is received after this time it will be dispatched the following working day. Due to delays at border and customs in Ireland following Brexit we are experiencing delays of at least 5 working days to dispatch your goods. Any order placed will be a priority for us and we will endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible. Please bear with us during this time and we thank you for your patience.

We use a range of different couriers. e.g. Nightline, An Post, DHL, UPS, Interlink Express and DPD.

If you wish to redirect the package to an alternative address once the order has been despatched, this will incur extra charges starting from €20 depending on weight. If you would like to make a change to the delivery address after the item has been despatched, please contact us.

If the goods are not delivered within the timescale set out above, and no card has been left by the courier, please contact us. Please note: We cannot be held liable for any loss caused by late delivery on the part of the couriers.

Unfortunately, no courier as part of their service agreements is required to call customers in advance of delivery.  We can include a note asking the courier to call in advance of delivery but this is ultimately at the discretion of the individual courier, it is not something that we can insist they do. If for some reason you will not be present as your address during delivery hours we request that you instead have the item delivered to an address where someone is always present during working hours. 

Please note: Delivery times are not guaranteed times; there is no such thing as a guaranteed delivery day as nor the couriers can legislate for problems arising in transit. If your order is urgent, we suggest allowing sufficient time to get the order to you allowing for any eventualities.
